Hello Merton! Welcome to the One You Merton service! One You Merton is the one-stop-shop for health and wellbeing services across the London Borough of Merton which is situated in south west London. This website supports local people who want to stop smoking, lose weight, eat healthily and exercise more.
The One You Merton website was updated in 2021 to support the Better Health Campaign from the Office for Heath Improvement and Disparities.
It’s important for all of us to keep active to keep our bodies strong and have a good quality of life and the government has produced guidelines about recommended levels of activity for all age groups. Find out about activities to help all age groups to get active on our Be Active page.
