Self-care for carers

Download a range of apps and try tools provided by the NHS to help you live a healthier lifestyle. There are apps to help you stop smoking, to be more active, help with monitoring your alcohol intake and with checking the contents of the food you buy.
We provide free training to become a fully qualified Level 2 Health Champion with accreditation by the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH). We also provide a Mental Health Awareness Training session. Find out more by visiting our ‘Training’ page.
