Sleep and you

Getting good quality sleep is important for your health and wellbeing and there is lots of helpful information available from the NHS website to help you get good quality sleep.

You can also find apps on the NHS Apps Library which can help you to get a good night’s sleep.

You can also get your own personalised ‘Mind plan’ on our Every Mind Matters page, which includes information about coping with COVID19, which could be affecting your sleep.

You can also look at the excellent Good Thinking website, which has resources to help with sleep as well as stress, anxiety and low mood.

If you are stressed or if you have something worrying you that is stopping you from sleeping you can get local support from Merton Uplift
