How much sleep do you need?

On average we need about eight hours of good-quality sleep a night to function properly, however some of us need more and some need less.

What is important though, is that you know how much sleep you need and then try to get it.

Good-quality sleep is more important than the amount of sleep that you get and it helps to keep you feeling healthy.
